Caprichos de quem não sabe estar quieto consists of a series of printmaking works conceived after the performative action Reductio ad Absurdum. The works are born from its reference, but they move away from a documental vocation to give rise to something else: where fantasy and actions are explored without fear and logistical concerns of realization. To explore something that can only exist in that environment and context due to the impossibility of its physical accomplishment. The themes of the series are part of the tragic-comic, where the fantastic, the anecdotal, everyday expressions and playful activities become the motives for the production of works where a figure does not seem to conform to the role that was assigned to perform and become.
